Diane Laberge_300pxDiane Laberge is a seasoned marketer and brand builder with over a decade of experience focusing on foods and personal care consumer packaged goods products. During her tenure at Unilever, Diane has had the pleasure of developing and leading the Dove Masterbrand team including the Dove Self-Esteem Project. She has also managed prominent brands such as Dove Men + Care, Vaseline, St. Ives, Simple and more.

Alongside her team, her work with Unilever has been recognized for its excellence, both in Canada and globally by industry peers alike. Accolades include two Grand Prix awards at the Cannes Advertising Awards and ‘Brand of the Decade’ for Dove by Strategy Magazine.

A leader in her field, Diane understands the importance of addressing the challenges facing traditional marketing and business practices. Most importantly, Diane believes that the power of brands can be extended to positively impact the lives of people everywhere- especially with her work with the various initiatives and charities Dove supports to foster positive self-esteem in girls and women.

Diane believes in developing talent through mentorship and cultivating exceptional standards for herself and her teams. She offers personal guidance with the goal of spurring widespread change for career growth across Unilever.

Diane is the proud mother of twin two-year old girls and lives with her husband and black lab in Toronto. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.
