Sue Tobias, Principal, Mission Measurement

sue_tobias_circle2As a Principal with Mission Measurement Sue specializes in developing social innovation strategies that are tied directly to business impact for corporate clients. She brings years of global consulting experience to her work, and leverages her expertise in economic analysis, consumer insights, and strategy to help clients capitalize on social impact programs. Prior to joining Mission Measurement, Sue was a Principal with The Cambridge Group. There, she was responsible for developing market driven growth strategies for leading corporations. Her work included brand strategy, new product development, product line and portfolio optimization, and market prioritization. Before joining The Cambridge Group, Sue was a Project Leader for St. James Associates (now Landor Brand Strategy). While at St. James, she focused on building frameworks and top line growth strategies across the consumer packaged goods and financial services industries. Sue worked in Japan for five years in both the client and service sectors as an Account Director at the public relations firm Hill and Knowlton, and in marketing for The Kellogg Company. At Kellogg’s, she developed and implemented market entry strategies for a broad range of Asian countries. Sue earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude.
